NOBODY IN (IPOB) BRAGS ABOUT SUPPORTING BIAFRANS TO SEEK ASYLUM, UCHE OKAFOR-MEFOR, ANSWER RALPH UWAZURUIKE

Just like IPOB, many people who identified with her sought protection from persecution, the same way it was during the time of MASSOB. Nobody in IPOB brags about supporting Biafrans to seek asylum. But an elder like Chief Uwazurike and his myopic followers who don't understand what philosophy life is are making publication that Uche Mefor sought asylum in the UK as a MASSOB member and now cannot talk.
Before IPOB came into existence, everybody identified with MASSOB until Chief Uwazurike saw himself as an oracle who can do and undo. If you question him ,he will strip you naked and blackmail you to submission with that.

In different parts of the world, there were different affiliated movements including the ones in the UK. We had the Biafra Liberation League (BLL) formed Mazi Okonjo with others (Mr Day was the president) and the Good Shepherd Movement. At some point, these organisations with Chief Nnamdi Ohiagu formed MASSOB INTERNATIONAL that was later dissolved. These organisations teamed together to promote and internationalised MASSOB at home then. These are verifiable facts. The collaborative efforts of Biafrans in these two organisation and Trade Union movements in the UK supported my claim for Asylum in the UK as far back as 2006. I got my residence in the UK in 2007.

I don't want to sound arrogant but if I am pushed more, I will show documents that the court placed heavy evidential credence in deciding my case for political asylum but let allow some level of decency at this stage in order not to prove MASSOB and leadership wrong and disgrace them further on claims. And so since 2007 when I got my residence, I vowed that I must stand by every Biafran who identifies as such in their quest for political asylum or protection. Till date , good things are happening for BIAFRANS through their association with IPOB under the leadership of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu but nobody brags. To the contrary, Chief Uwazurike and his representatives are counting as milestones and unparalleled achievements in the Biafran struggle of his era the successful cases of Biafrans who sought political asylum in foreign land when other organizations came under MASSOB.

Successful political asylum is one of the credentials that MASSOB showcases to the outside world as a reason why Biafra would be recognised as an independent state. Chai, this Biafra has indeed suffered! Don't wake a sleeping Lion, I repeat.
