Approves N150m for specialized education

Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State has offered grants, up to University level, to the Enugu and Anambra-conceived youthful understudies of Government Technical College (GTC), Nsukka and Enugu, Master Emmanuel Maduabuchi Chukwu and Master Chukwuebuka Udoye, who privately fabricated two airplanes (helicopter and fly contender) and a MP3 radio set, separately, in the state.
