Important lessons to learn from your urine colors

Urine is a liquid by-product of metabolism in humans and in many other animals. Urine flows from the kidneys through the ureters to the urinary bladder. Urination results in urine being excreted from the body through the urethra.

• The amount of water in your body. If your urine is clear, you have enough water. If it's colored, you need to drink more water.

• If your urine is Pinkish, Reddish or Brownish, you probably have a Urinary Tract Infection

• If your Urine is very foamy, there is protein in your urine and you need to get to the hospital ASAP

• If your urine attracts ants, then there is glucose in it. Go for a Diabetes Test!

• If you have a burning sensation when urinating, you probably have an STD (Sexually Transmissible Disease)
